I take time with each employee and do a survey that allows you to get answers to questions that you might not be asking. As you know, engaged employees perform better and that directly affects your bottom line.

Retention

I will assess your organizational structure and see if your employees are in the right positions. Are they being paid for the work that they are doing? Engaged employees and employees that feel seen and heard stay. Right now, retention strategies are worth the effort because there are less candidates to fill positions. I will interview and find the right candidates for you. With my twenty years of experience within a wide range of industries I am equipped to assist you fill positions.
