I have had the privilege of working with Barb for both lifestyle and career coaching and I highly recommend her for both.

What I like most is that Barb makes you comfortable right away. She is so personable and easy to talk to. Although there are questions to answer they just feel so conversational and natural. I was always so impressed with the insight she came up with just from us talking. I felt like I was just rambling on about whatever, but she was paying close attention ...to what I was saying and how I was saying it. She would re-cap things I said and draw my attention to what I valued as important. I think that's where the real benefit is, is that she meets everyone on their own ground and doesn't impose her own opinions on you. It’s about drawing out of you what you value as important. She picks up on the crucial things that really help you gain the understanding you're looking for.

I also loved how she helped me set goals and gave me steps to focus on because sometimes I have so much going on, I get distracted and lose sight of whats most important.

I highly recommend Barb for any type of coaching whether it's career or lifestyle. She is fun, easy to talk to and very professional. You will leave your coaching session with a plan to accomplish goals with manageable steps. I definitely gained confidence and direction through working with her and now have a plan I'm comfortable with!
